Cancel Unpaid Orders

You are free to cancel any unpaid order in My Orders, click the cancel and choose the reason, then cancellation will be completed。

Cancel Paid Orders

Customers are not allowed to cancel paid orders by themselves. You shall submit a ticket and request to cancel. Our customer service will help and apply a refund.

If the order is already in delivery, you need to mail it back to the address we gave you for a refund, but the postage needs to be paid by yourself
